ART IS RIFLE was created by Arman Pakan, a passionate gamer, and experienced game developer. After more than a decade of developing games for multiple companies, he quit his job during the pandemic and spent over 2 years working solo on the project. The outcome of this endeavor might be viewed as either the best or the most unwise decision he has ever made in his life, or perhaps even both!
